報名手續 ：

(1) 到本校網頁： http://www.edmschool.net/下載【報名表】，或到正校總務部領取【報名表】
(2) 須繳原校成績表或學歷證明副本 須繳原校成績表或學歷證明副本 (須有正本校對 )、個人及父 母身份
證明文件、教青局學生副本
(3) 交一吋半脫帽正面身近照 交一吋半脫帽正面身近照 1張， 背面寫上考生 姓名及報讀級別
(4) 填妥報名表後， 連同相關資 同相關資 料交回正校總務部
